Sign up to participate in a community legal workshop presented by supervised upper-level law student attorneys of the MSU Law Equitable Entrepreneurship & Innovation Law Clinic. This workshop provides legal information to underserved entrepreneurs, innovators, and makers in for-profits, non-profits, and hybrid social enterprises who cannot afford a private attorney or do not have access to legal representation.
Fall 2023 semester’s workshop is open to all participants, will take place on November 8, 2023 in Lansing, Michigan, and will be conducted in partnership with the Lansing Economic Area Partnership. See "News" below for location, registration, parking and other event details.

Community office hours provide legal information to underserved entrepreneurs and innovators in for-profits, non-profits, and hybrid social enterprises who cannot afford a private attorney or do not have access to legal representation.
The Fall 2023 semester’s community office hours are invitation only, and will take place on Friday and Saturday, November 10 and 11, in East Lansing, Michigan, and will be conducted in partnership with the Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation's 2 Day Venture Fall Session II.

In partnership with the Michigan State University Detroit Center and Community Music School - Detroit, the Equitable Entrepreneurship & Innovation Law Clinic and its Spring 2023 student attorneys presented a workshop on entity choice and intellectual property to youth musicians.

Associate Clinical Professor of Law Anne Choike and Winter 2023 Student Attorney Julian Ellis '23 presented at an American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) brown bag event on intellectual property law clinics on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 from noon to 1 PM. Other presenters included Jeff Glazer of the University of Wisconsin Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic and Edward Yee of the University of Maryland’s IP and Entrepreneurship Clinic. The EEILC thanks the AIPLA and AIPLA members Dustin Lee, Erin Ogden, Laurie Young, and Jamar Ray for the opportunity to speak to its members.
